A3 popiah party
Communal life at A3 is NEVER dull. The new batch of A3 girls organised a popiah party that left me with a bulging tummy and a satisfied grin. At 10:35 pm, I heard the chanting of popiah mantra "popiah popiah popiah". Jessica upped the mood with some good old mambo music and the occasional cheesy backstreet boys' and spice girls' hits. Girls will be girls, we were a TAD BIT too loud and had the security guard coming. -grin- But then again, that is the essence of A3 corner gatherings! The last I had was some time ago, steamboat with the old girls :) Ingredients freshly supplied by the Clementi Aunty and it was heavenly!
Here's how you make a popiah. It looks mighty professional...until...
It turned out to be a fat, wet, subway wrap lookalike! -chuckles-
It disintegrates once you attempt to slice it. It takes skill!

Doesn't matter, you can still eat it! Tastes wonderful...
What do you do with leftovers?
Hannah: Use the popiah skin to wipe your hands like tissue because it absords the oil
Aileen: Make a SK II mask out of it.
-laughs- Is it me or are people more creative nowadays?
And we ended off with a group shot... POPPPIIIIAAAAHHHHHHH. Yes literally, POPPPIIIIAAAAHHHHH :)
Thank you girls
