Happy Birthday Kor!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so glad we caught up because I miss you!

Met up with Alvin and his girlfriend, Peishan a few hours earlier for the steamboat buffet at Suntec city. I had such a great time over yummylicious food and company. Alvin and I go all the way back in NUS..one of the crazy friends that made me laugh in lectures and I really mean LAUGH! Alvin is the sort of friend who would do anything for the person he treasures. I remember how he went all the way down to look for this person who I had relationship probs with and talked to him just to make sure things go well for me.

I never forget such friends and never will...I love you kor!

The steamboat buffet came with complementary dishes - Dian Xin like mantous with condensed milk..xiao long bao... water chestnut jelly..yummy!

For desserts, it was a choice of strawberry ice cream, red bean soup or mixed fruit..
After the heart warming time together.. catching up with Alvin left me all warm and fuzzy inside. I love this dear dear dear friend of mine... table tennis next week with him!!!!! -smiles happily-

I had a weird dream today. Dreamt that I walked into Candy Empire and found my sinfulmeltinyourmouth Reese buttercups that were sold out for the longest time. It was an especially hard day today. I missed dance, missed tuition, missed gym, missed Illum's party.. I didn't feel like doing anything. One of those days where you shut the world out save a few smses. Perhaps it was the insane cold and the potent flu medication.

I'm determined to pick myself. What's wrong is now right.. just have to get that awful feeling of emptiness and heartwrench out. The weekend is here. Sat - BBQ at prof's. Seeing Andrew, Zhiquan and Shijun will make my day.. then it's Illum's 2nd party celebration at homeclub.

I have to make a visit to Candy Empire this weekend. It's my happy place, my haven.. I want that Reese buttercups..BADLY! And I don't want to be there alone. I think I know who I'd share the special moment with :)

Superb Steamboat Session

Met Chrissy yesterday evening for steamboat at Bugis! I think I'm still extremely full from yesterday -grin- I ate and ate and ATE! After steamboat, we did my favourite mango sago with ice cream from Liang Seah street. How on earth am I going to diet!?!? -wails-

Friends, if you love me, please invite me to non eating hangouts. Either that or we dine on grass. I'm hitting the gym today!!!!!

After dessert, we headed over to Marina to watch What happens in Vegas after hearing from my friends rave about the movie. It wasn't what I expected. The movie wasn't just the usual Cameron D dizzy comedy but it was incredibly sweet - on how 2 people can be so wrong for each other but yet so right when it came to bringing out the best in the other.

Wanted to take a picture with PANDA for the longest time but chickened out on the crazy expression cause there were too many people watching!

Post Exam Activities part 1

Wed, 20th May, spent the day after my last paper with Joy. Felt I needed to let my hair down with good company and I'm glad it was with dear Joy. Popped by ChinaOne to visit the Martina Club but we got a little bored because we don't play pool or watch soccer. It was more of an expat's club. I got caressed because the guy said I had a nice dress on. Not very gentlemanly.. then it was another horrible attempt of a compliment that my perfume smelt like his holiday fling's.

Walked over to Butterfactory but it was full house that night so Joy and I ended up at Loof. The heart to heart talk helped. I bared my heart and let all that was bothering me break down in tears.

Next day after Loof. Met the 3 girls - Angel, Grace and Jasmine in their caps! Sporty girls.. I just had to join in the fun..
Thursday - supported SURATH and his band at M hotel. Surath won Sri Lankan Idol and was last year's stardust champion! His voice melts you...
Sorry, it is SURATH..

I drank a pathetic 1/8 of the Singapore sling. It wasn't bad....just...Strong...

Sat - Dinner with a fraction of the sportsclass peeps. 10 years of friendship and counting...can you believe that?


It was Siying's belated b'day celebration as well. Happy Belated babe!
Tuesday - Pei Huan's belated B'day celebration. Met up with C for coffee and dessert..

We went over to Au Petite Salut at Dempsey for some fancy french cuisine! It's such a gorgeously romantic place...
